Can you order a product for me if you don't already carry it?
It is possible if we have a connection to the supplier. Send us an email at email@example.com with the details of your request and your contact information and we will get back to you with an answer.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
For any of these issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will instruct you on how to proceed, and all returns must be pre-approved. If the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the price of the item plus the return shipping costs.
Do you gift wrap?
Please specify “Gift Wrapping” in the comment section at check-out and indicate if the item is a wedding or shower gift, or gift for a male, female or child so that we can wrap your gift appropriately. Please include your message to the recipient, and we will include your message in a card with the item. Wrapping for online purchases is complimentary. Please note, that for security purposes, we only wrap gifts to be delivered within Canada.
Do you ship to my country?
Presently, we only ship to Canada and the continental U.S. For international inquiries, please contact us at email@example.com.
How does it work with currency and exchange rates?
All of our prices are in Canadian Dollars. Currency exchange rates are calculated by the credit card companies.

Presently, we only ship to Canada and the continental U.S. For international inquiries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All of our orders are shipped Canada Post within Canada, and Canada Post or UPS to the U.S. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Under $100 – $15.00 flat rate
$25.00 flat rate
Is everything on your website in stock?
Yes, generally. We make every attempt to synchronize our website merchandise with our inventory, but on occasion certain items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will give you the option of a either a full refund, or we will special order your item in and get it to you as soon as possible. What is your return policy?
Smallmart IN STORE Return Policy:
All Returns must be in unused, saleable condition and accompanied by an original sales receipt. If an order is entered into our system under a specific name and we are able to track the purchase, we may be able to process the credit or refund without the receipt at the discretion of the management. Returns made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for refund in the original tender. Items may be returned within 21 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Returns outside of the allowable period are at the discretion of the management. All sale items are final sale.
Werk-Shop ONLINE Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a problem with your purchase, you may return your item to Werk-Shop for a store credit or refund provided it is in unused, saleable condition. Please contact us at email@example.com so that we can approve your return and instruct you on how
to proceed. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns made from outside of Canada or past our time guidelines are at the discretion of the management, and need to be pre-approved prior to shipping.

Unless arranged by the management, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Werk-Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. International returns may be subject to customs, tax or duty charges at the Canadian border and will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International returns must be pre-approved by the management in order to avoid unnecessary charges.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damage fee of up to 100%. If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping. Please return the items to Werk-Shop in the same condition they were sent to you. Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon
offers/discounts will be deducted from return.
We will notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
What taxes will I be charged?
Any order shipped outside of Canada will not be charged Canadian federal or provincial sales tax. It may, however, be subject to taxes, duty, customs or brokerage charges at the discretion of the destination country. These charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Within Canada, an order shipped to:
Quebec is subject to 5% GST and 9.975% QST.
British Columbia is subject to 5% GST and 7% PST.
Ontario is subject to 13% HST.
Newfoundland and Labrador is subject to 13% HST.
New Brunswick is subject to 13% HST.
Nova Scotia is subject to 15% HST.
Manitoba is subject to 5% GST and 7% PST.
Saskatchewan is subject to 5% GST and 5% PST.
Prince Edward Island is subject to 14% HST
All other Canadian provinces are subject to 5% GST only
